What I first noticed and immediately liked about this picture is its composition. This is not one of those shots which only look interesting because they're IR pictures — this one would look good in visible light, too.

A few thoughts on the colors: Swapping the red and the blue channel, and using a white balance that produces white grass and foliage, gives the picture a somewhat cold feeling. This may be exactly what you intended. However, I think a bit of purple (not too much though) instead of snow white would also work well for this shot.

Focus, exposure, and contrast are good, so there's not much left for me to say, except for: Congratulations on this beautiful picture!
