I like the idea of this but the lights witht the refraction (I think?) don't work with the rest of it. again a nice texture with the glass, though.

I agree - It was a tricky angle to get the whole block without the lights - I need a filter to mellow out those lights

Question: Are you using Lightroom now? I am thinking that if you add a little contrast with curves and adjust a bit more you will get this to pop. I like the images but the glow you are looking for is 1 stop lower I feel.
